Se HTC sembra puntare tutto sulla nuova serie One, la community resta affezionata ai vecchi modelli, proponendo sempre nuovi Porting delle ROM installate sui nuovi Modelli ovviamente limitate per farle girare in modo ottimale anche su Hardware non proprio recentissimo.

Oggi è il turno della nuova ROM presente sull'HTC One V che viene portata sul Desire S e sul Desire HD ovviamente tutto grazie al un utente del mitico forum di XDA che è riuscito nell'impresa di far girare la ROM.

Si tratta della ROM dell'HTC One V basata su Android v4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich e interfaccia Sense 4.0 e anche se il lavoro è alle prime versioni come vedete da video, funziona quasi tutto, le uniche funzionalità che sembrano, per il momento, non funzionare correttamente sono la fotocamera, l’hotspot Wi-Fi e il tethering USB.

La stabilità è buona anche se non consigliata per un utilizzo giornaliero e l'autore ha promesso che nelle prossime versioni saranno corretti molti Bug e Hardware non funzionante.

Ovviamente la ROM è da installare tramite Recovery Modificata copiandola sulla Memoria del Telefono e Riavviando il Devices in Modalità Recovery e installando il File .ZIP scaricato ed essendo una ROM non definitiva e non Ufficiale presenta tutti i rischi del caso e vi assumente tutte le responsabilità per eventuali danni ai vostri Devices.

Sicuramente un progetto da seguire che sta avendo un ottimo seguito con commenti positivi da chi ha provato la ROM, siccome non siamo in possesso dei 2 devices non possiamo testarla ma se fate parte di quel pubblico smanettone e volenteroso potete scrivere la vostra esperienza nei commenti.
