DeskSoft BWMeter, un ottimo programma per controllare la quantità di dati internet consumata con la chiavetta

Vi segnalo il programma DeskSoft BWMeter, un ottimo software che vi permette di controllare il traffico internet e misurare la quantità di dati consumati con la chiavetta internet. 

DeskSoft BWMeter è un ottimo tool, semplice da usare e molto completo, che consente di monitorare la vostra connessione internet per sapere sempre quanto traffico avete consumato.

In questi ultimi tempi io sono costretto a navigare sul web utilizzando una chiavetta internet.

In particolare ho acquistato una SIM Wind in abbonamento che, per 9€ al mese, mi consente di navigare fino a 10GB al massimo della velocità. Un'offerta molto interessante, soprattutto per uno come me, che deve essere connesso 24 ore su 24 al web.

Per navigare, però, non utilizzo una chiavetta internet, ma un HTC Desire C, che funge da Hotspot WiFi. Android integra un tool per controllare e monitorare il traffico consumato durante la navigazione internet, ma vorrei avere anche un tool sul PC, giusto per avere un termine di paragone e vedere se effettivamente il programma integrato in Android è attendibile oppure no.

Ecco, dunque, che ho iniziato a usare DeskSoft BWMeter, un programma davvero interessante per monitorare il traffico internet.

Il software, infatti, misura e controlla il traffico web, mi informa sui consumi di banda, sui MB consumati e mi mostra tutte le statistiche in un grafico molto chiaro.

In questo modo posso sempre sapere quanto traffico ho consumato e quanto, invece, è ancora a mia disposizione per navigare sul web con la chiavetta internet.

Interessante anche la possibilità di limitare la velocità di navigazione con questo tool, così come è ottima la possibilità di bloccare l'accesso ad alcuni siti.

Ovviamente il programma distingue il traffico web da quello LAN, offrendo la possibilità all'utente di visualizzare statistiche differenti per le due connessioni.

Come potete comprendere, a mio avviso si tratta di un ottimo software per PC Windows.

Semplice da usare, chiaro, veloce e in grado di mostrarmi sempre il traffico consumato durante la navigazione internet. In questo modo non rischio mai di sforare e di pagare una bolletta telefonica troppo salata.
