Kang-o-rama Froyo 2.2 – Download Service Pack 3

Qualche giorno fa, precisamente in QUESTO ARTICOLO, vi ho segnalato una interessantissima Custom Rom per i vostri Nexus One, chiamata Kang-o-rama.

Poche ore fa la ROM è stata aggiornata, o meglio, è stato rilasciato un nuovo service pack, che va ad introdurre davvero tantissime migliorie.

Di seguito il changelog completo:

• New kernel from Pershoot's (2.6.34 OC/UV/21MB/XTRA) // best battery life I've experienced and I don't normally comment on battery life
• Newest version of ADW.Launcher (v0.8.2) // customised for Kang-o-rama
• Updated Trackball Alert (v1.0.5) from lilHermit is back! // should fix missed call notification errors
• Update Adobe Flash Player beta // should also now upgrade from the market
• Added Fancy Widget // because I'm sure it will be removed from the Market soon enough
• Reverted hosts file changes // 'hosts.huge' blocks lots of sites, 'hosts' is empty, rename them as you see fit
• Added transparent Power Control and News & Weather widgets from Kang-o-rama-0.8 Preview // if you don't like these, save a copy of /system/app/GenieWidget.apk and Settings.apk and push them back.
• Busybox from Cyanogen - now root access for all apps
• SpareParts - designed especially for Froyo by leonnib4 who's allowed us to use it, thank you.
• Froyo apps2sd - now in Spare Parts
• Quickboot added
• Enabled 800x480 video recording
• ERE27 build fingerprint added to display all market apps
• Superuser permission from ChainsDD

Come potete notare, i miglioramenti introdotti da questa release sono davvero tanti.

A mio avviso, attualmente questa è la migliore Custom Rom per Android in circolazione, addirittura meglio di quelle di Cyanogen. E’ veloce, stabile, performante ed estremamente personalizzabile.
